Fitness Trackers and Apps
1. How do I connect my fitness tracker to 360Health?
To connect to your fitness tracker, tap on the profile button Connected Apps.
Select your fitness tracker from the available list and tap on Connect.
2. Can I use 360Health without a fitness tracker?
Yes, you can! 360Health can generate your 360Health Score and track other activities using your phone.
3. Which fitness trackers can connect with 360Health?
The 360Health app currently connects to Fitbit and Garmin fitness trackers.For other brands of fitness trackers, please connect its app with Google Fit on Android phones or Apple Health on iPhones.
To connect 360Health with the Fitbit or Garmin app, simply tap on Connected Apps. Then select your fitness tracker and tap on Connect.
4. I can’t find my fitness tracker on the list of Connected Apps. What can I do?
If you are using a fitness tracker other than Fitbit or Garmin, you may connect its app to Google Fit or Apple Health.
If your fitness tracker does not connect with Google Fit or Apple Health, your 360Health Score will be calculated from activity data collected by your phone.
5. I have connected my fitness tracker app to 360Health. Why are the activity data on my fitness tracker app and 360Health not the same?
360Health fetches data from your connected fitness tracker app.Keep your fitness tracker app updated to enable 360Health to receive your latest activity data.
Depending on the fitness tracker used, it may take up to 60 minutes for activity data to be sent.
6. Can my friends and/or family download the 360Health app?
At present, the 360Health app is available to registered members only.
If you wish to add someone to the 360Health platform, please write to us at hello@360Healthlabs.com.
360Health Score
7. How to improve my 360Health Score and tips for the 360Health Rise Game?
The 360Health Score ranges from 1 to 99.
To achieve an 360Health score of 80 and higher, one must exercise 30 minutes and more for the day, sit less than 8 hours for the day, sleep between 7 and 9 hours a day and walk leisurely for the rest of the waking day.
Maintaining a score of 80+ will lower your risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Scoring consistently below 60 indicates a poor physical lifestyle which may pose significant health risks and could lead to the onset of chronic diseases.
Your 360Health Score is a good indicator of how your lifestyle impacts your health.
8. Why are Daily Lifestyle Points and Weekly Bonus Points important in 360Health Rise Game?
Daily Lifestyle Points and Weekly Bonus Points ensure adoption of a healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise with a high 360Health Score, a high Fibre Score, a lower weight which can be achieved by a high 360Health Score and a high Fibre Score, and stopping smoking could lower your risk of death and harm from chronic disease by 54% compared to individuals with a poor lifestyle. Even if you are being treated by drugs for hypertension and high cholesterol, adopting a healthy lifestyle could lower your risk of death and harm from chronic disease by 58%.
9. How does 360Health track and measure my activities?
360Health analyses data collected from your fitness tracker, phone sensors and Google Fit or Apple Health. The 360Health app does not track or generate any activity data on its own.
10. I see an Hourglass instead of my 360Health Score. What does that mean?
360Health was unable to fetch your data for the last 24 hours to calculate your latest 360Health Score.
To fix this, simply swipe down on the home screen to refresh.
11. Who can see my 360Health Score?
Your 360Health Score can be viewed by all participants in the 360Health Score competitions from your organisation where you’re a participant. You can write to us at support@360Healthlabs.com if you wish to withdraw from the competition.
12. I logged on to the app for the first time. How is 360Health displaying my past data?
360Health gathers the past data from your fitness tracker or Google Fit / Apple Health. Analysis of this information generates your previous 360Health Score.
13. Why do I have an ongoing notification from 360Health on my phone?
360Health runs in the background to collect activity data that measure the amount of sleep that you have each day to calculate the 360Health Score.
14. Why is my latest activity data from my fitness tracker app/Google Fit or Apple Health not displayed on the 360Health app?
360Health fetches data directly from your phone or connected fitness tracker app.
Occasionally there may be a delay in receiving your activity data from the connected app. To fix this, simply wait for some time and then swipe down on the home screen to refresh and check the latest activity data received by 360Health.
360Health always considers your data for the last 24 hours to generate your daily 360Health Score.
Fibre Score
15. What is a good Fibre Score?
Your Fibre Score is calculated with a scientifically derived questionnaire that measures your daily fibre intake.
Scoring 30+ indicates a healthy dietary fibre intake which will lower your risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Scoring below 10 poses a significant health risk and could lead to the onset of chronic diseases.
Aim to eat 30 grams of fibre every day to reduce your risk of developing chronic disease. Try to gradually increase your fibre intake by choosing high fibre foods and following our high fibre recipes.

17. How does 360Health calculate my Fibre Score and how to improve my Fibre Score?
The Smart Fibre Checker measures your daily fibre intake (in grams) from 9 key food groups identified as sources of fibre. The amount of fibre contained in key food groups would help you plan your meal:
Cereals and grains
0.5 cup of all-bran cereal has 10 grams of fibre
A slice of wholegrain bread has 2.4 gram of fibre
Legumes which are beans, peas and lentils.
1 cup of green beans has 3.5 grams of fibre
1 cup of lentils has 15 grams of fibre
Soybeans
1 cup of soybeans has 17 grams of fibre
Mushrooms and seaweed
1 cup of mushrooms has 2 grams of fibre
Fibre varies depending on the type of seaweed. 1 cup of seaweed in general has about 1 gram of fibre.
Leaf, stalk, shoot and brassica vegetables

You enter the number of servings you have had from each food group in the past 24 hours, from midnight to midnight of the previous day. When you complete the questionnaire, 360Health generates your Fibre Score. 360Health advise that if you have any allergies to the aforementioned food groups, please avoid them and be in contact with your regular doctor.
18. Where can I track my Fibre Score?
From the Stats page, tap Fibre Score, you can view your Fibre Score Stats.
19. Who else can see my Fibre Score?
No one else. Only you can see your Fibre Score.
20. Can I monitor my intake of nutrients other than fibre with the 360Health app?
At the moment, the 360Health app primarily supports nutrient tracking for fibre. Dietary fibre intake has been inversely associated with diabetes. The more fibre you eat, the lower your risk of developing diabetes. However, 360Health do display additional nutritional information for our high-fibre recipes, including total calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins. 360Health advise that if you are allergic to any ingredients in these recipes, please avoid them and consult your regular doctor.

21. How do I opt-out of ongoing challenge(s)?
To opt-out from an ongoing challenge on the 360Health app, send a message to hello@360Healthlabs.com with the subject line ""Challenges Opt-Out"". It usually takes up to 48 hours for a challenge opt-out to be processed. Once the opt-out request has been completed, you will not be able to participate further in the challenge.
22. How do I enrol in an ongoing challenge after I have opted out?
To opt back into a challenge, please send us a message at hello@360Healthlabs.com with subject line ""Challenges Opt-In"". It usually takes up to 48 hours for a challenge opt-in to be processed. Once the opt-in request has been completed, you will be able to view your ranking on the challenge leader board.

23. What information does the Learning Centre cover?
The Learning Centre tells you about diabetes and prediabetes, their risk factors, their consequences, their diagnosis and treatment and what lifestyle changes can be considered to lower the risk of developing diabetes.

24. What is ‘My Network’?
Your Network comprises all users currently on the 360Health app.
Privacy, Security and Connectivity
25. Does 360Health work without Wi-Fi or Data Connectivity?
Your phone must be connected to the internet to use 360Health.
26. Is your personal data safe and protected by 360Health?
Yes. 360Health adheres to the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and you can rest assured that your personal data is well protected on 360Health’s platform.
